Successful candidates will undergo intensive training and may be deployed to any of the following departments: Accounts & Finance Human Resources & Administration Quick Service Restaurant Operations Industrial Catering (Camp Boss & Operation Officers) Procurement & Supply Chain Quality Health Safety & Environment (QHSE) Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QAQC) Internal Control & Compliance Facility & Vehicle Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation programs and onboarding activities to familiarize yourself with the organization's culture, policies, and procedures.
• Complete training modules and courses designed to develop technical skills, industry knowledge, and professional competencies.
• Rotate through different departments or functions within the organization to gain exposure to various roles and responsibilities.
• Work with experienced professionals to learn about their job duties and best practices.
• Assist with project tasks, assignments, and initiatives under the guidance and supervision of senior team members.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in relevant field of study.

Minimum of 0-2 years of work experience.

• Age not exceeding 28 years by November, 2025.
• Completion of NYSC by August, 2025.
• Ability to use Microsoft word, excel, and powerpoint.
• Possess strong learning ability.
• Have good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
